This policy explains what information Rug Pad Wizard collects when you use rpwpad.com and the dealer app, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to dealers, dealer applicants and anyone who visits the site.

What we collect and why
Forms. The dealer application, contact, referral, cut pad order, warranty registration, claim and review forms collect the details you type in, such as your name, company, phone, email and the message or order you send. The forms are provided by GoHighLevel, our customer relationship system, and the information goes into our dealer records so the office can set up your account, answer you, ship pad and process warranty registrations and claims.
Text messages. When you submit the dealer application you receive a text message confirming it. Call 800-275-0915 if you do not want text messages from us.
Dealer sign-in. When a dealer signs in to the portal we set a sign-in cookie so you stay signed in for up to 30 days. Sign-in links sent by email are single use and expire after 20 minutes. We record which dealer media files are downloaded so the office knows which materials are useful.
Ordering. Roll orders are placed in the NowCommerce dealer portal, a separate service with its own privacy policy. Rug Pad Wizard receives the order details to fulfil the order.
Site measurement. If analytics are enabled we use Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager to count visits, page views, taps on the call and order buttons, app installs and form submissions. This data is aggregated and does not identify you to us.
Maps. The contact page can show a Google Maps embed when you ask for it. Google may set cookies when the map loads.
Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services that run the site and the business: GoHighLevel (forms, email and text messages), NowCommerce (dealer ordering), Google (analytics and maps), and our hosting provider. Each handles data under its own privacy policy. We share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Dealer records and form submissions are kept while you are a dealer or a warranty is registered to you, and for as long as the law requires after that. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call 800-275-0915 or write to the address above. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; the dealer portal will ask you to sign in again.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with the date it took effect.
