What is Pet Barrier?

Pet Barrier is our closed cell moisture barrier built into the felt. Spills and pet urine stay on top of the pad instead of soaking into hardwood, vinyl or carpet below. It is the reason rug stores, rug cleaners and consumers pick our pad.
